Dhira Yoga Shop: Specific Covid Policies

Online Dhira Yoga Shopping is 100% Covid Safe Shopping.

Studio Classes: Covid Policies 

Social Distancing of mats. Masks are optional. If you exhibit any symptoms, you should not practice in studio, you should limit yourself to livestreaing our studio classes. Studio is limited to 50% capacity.

Preregistration requested for all classes.

All Classes are Livestreamed so that you can practice at home if you choose, or if our In Studio capacity has been reached.
