Return Policy

The Dhira Yoga Shop works with print on demand companies.  All products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you have ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. We don’t have inventory space to keep unwanted items. 

Once an online order has been sent to production, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If your shipment details were entered incorrectly, or you ordered the wrong size or color, Dhira can not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing the right information in your online orders.

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. 

If any issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a refund to your Dhira Yoga Account. This can be used for any future Dhira Yoga Studio or Shop Purchases.

Please feel free to contact us at Shop@DhiraYogaCenter.com  with all the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation into orders with any manufacturing errors or printing issues and such. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending if the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods and services are exempt from being returned for a refund or exchange.

Our Live Yoga Class Packages are non-refundable.

Any product in our Fine Art Collection

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any product with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a return item or items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or items.
